Drug investigations lead to eight arrests

SCHUYLER COUNTY—The Schuyler County Sheriffs Office, Watkins Glen Police Department, and the Schuyler County District Attorney's Office reported the arrest of eight Schuyler County residents, Aug. 20, on narcotic selling charges.
Michael Margreno, 51, of Second Street Watkins Glen, is charged with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree (a class "B" felony) for allegedly selling cocaine.  Was arraigned in Schuyler County Court and released on $25,000 bail.
Jill May, 49, of Hornby Road Beaver Dams, is charged with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree (a class "B" felony) for allegedly selling cocaine.  Was arraigned in Schuyler County Court and is held on $10,000 cash bail.
Jeffrey Yuhasz, 32, of Lake Ave Burdett, is charged with one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree (a class "B" felony) for allegedly selling prescription pills. Was arraigned in Schuyler County Court and is held on $10,000 cash bail.
Jesse Rahilly, 22, of County Route 7 Montour Falls, is charged with one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the fourth degree (a class "C" felony) for allegedly selling prescription pills. Was arraigned in Schuyler County Court and is held on $10,000 cash bail.
Douglas Blaney, 29, of Alpine, has previously been charged with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree (class "B" felonies) for allegedly selling Methamphetamine and prescription pills. He is currently being held on bail.
Jonathan Nash, 20, of Lakemont-Himrod Road Himrod, has previously charged with one count each of Sale of an Imitation Controlled Substance and Petit Larceny (both class "A" misdemeanors) for allegedly selling non narcotic mushrooms. Nash is currently out on bail. Investigation is ongoing and additional charges are pending.
Michael V. Davis, 22, of Clarence Street Watkins Glen, is charged with one count each of Sale of an Imitation Controlled Substance and Petit Larceny (both class "A" misdemeanors) for allegedly selling non narcotic mushrooms. Davis is also charged with two counts of Burglary in the Second Degree (class "C" felonies) for allegedly breaking into two separate homes in the Watkins Glen area and stealing video game equipment. He was arraigned before the village of Watkins Glen Court and remanded to jail on $15,000 cash bait.
A 16-year-old Watkins Glen resident is charged with two counts each of Sale of an Imitation Controlled Substance and Petit Larceny (both class "A" misdemeanors) for allegedly selling imitation LSD and prescription pills. He was arraigned in the village of Watkins Glen Court and remanded to jail on $500 cash bail.
Drug investigations are continuing.
