DUNDEE—The Dundee boys varsity basketball team won the Sports Boosters 2012-13 Tip-Off Tournament Saturday, Dec. 1.
The Scots beat Wayland-Cohocton in the Championship game Saturday, 61-48. Aksel Jensen and John Kissell each led with 12 points, while Justin Brace had 11. Jon Huber and Jarrett Butler both scored nine. Cole Hartman contributed six and Andrew Clark had two. At the end of the game, Jensen was announced as the All-Tournament Team's MVP. Dundee's Huber was also named to the All-Tournament Team. Dundee beat Prattsburgh, 57-46, in the the first round of the tournament, Friday, Nov. 30. Huber led with 15 points. Jensen scored 13 points, while Clark had nine.
