Dundee Central presents ‘White Christmas’

DUNDEE—The Dundee Central School musical theater club will present “Irving Berlin’s White Christmas” from Thursday, March 7, through Saturday, March 9.
“White Christmas” follows the lives of Broadway performers Bob Wallace (Christopher Knapp) and Phil Davis (Seth Hurd) from the 1944 World War II battlefront to New York City in 1954.  The two team up with a sister act (Kim Camacho as Betty Haynes and Michaela Howell as Judy Haynes) and head to a failing inn in Vermont, which they find out is owned by their former general.
The four conspire to put on a Broadway show at the inn as an effort to save the general’s investment.  Although it isn’t the Christmas season currently, “White Christmas” actually has very little to do with the holidays.
The show is directed by Scott Shepardson. Tickets are $8 for adults, and $6 for students and senior citizens.  All performances are at 7:30 p.m.
