Dundee dominates in homecoming game

PENN YAN—The Dundee varsity football team played Red Jacket on Saturday, Sept. 24 and won 65-32.  Dundee had 576 yards offensively with Brandon Camacho going 11-for-14, with 173 yards and two touchdowns. He also had 47 yards rushing for two additional touchdowns.  Max Gorton had 21 carries for 167 yards and four touchdowns. Defensively he had 15 tackles, two sacks, and one interception.  Colin Prior had 89 yards rushing for one touchdown.  He also had 48 yards receiving for another touchdown.

This game was one of the many homecoming games in various sports that took place this weekend for Dundee.  Other games included volleyball on Friday night and girls soccer on Saturday morning.  After the conclusion of the game, the homecoming king and queen were named: Max Gorton was king and Haley Brown was queen.

The Scots play next against DeSales away on Saturday, Oct. 1 at 1 p.m.
