Dundee ends season with first sectional game
DUNDEE—The Dundee varsity softball team fell to Naples, 9-4, in an away game, Tuesday, May 25.The loss, which was also in the first round of sectional games, now ends the softball team's season. 
Coach Gary Clingerman explained the girls "came up short."Casi Strait was 2-for-3, with a triple, home run, and three runs scored.  Sam Clingerman went 2-for-4, with a double.  Haley Brown was 1-for-3, also with a double.Rashana Gee pitched the whole game.  Coach Clingerman said she "did pretty good tonight."
For the season overall, Clingerman said "we always had the bats," but he added that the girls didn't come together as much as they should have.  He added that there are six seniors leaving.

"I'm going to miss them," said Clingerman.
