Hammondsport baseball loses to Lyndonville

LYNDONVILLE—The Hammondsport varsity baseball team ended the season with a 12-10 loss to Lyndonville, Friday, May 28.
Lyndonville was the number two seed, while Hammondsport was number seven.  The Lakers' record with this final loss is 9-9.
Ryan Eckel, Tristen Peck, Keegan Rawlins, and Will Duncan each had two RBIs.  Rick Rosekrans and Justyn Schuck had one each.  Eckel also had two doubles.  Rawlins and Duncan had one double each.  Ryan House was the losing pitcher.
Hammondsport did most of its scoring in the seventh inning, with seven runs.  The Lakers also had 13 hits and five errors.
