Hammondsport volleyball beats Watkins

WATKINS GLEN--The Watkins Glen varsity volleyball team lost to visiting Hammondsport, 3-1, Thursday, Sept. 4.
The final scores were 25-21, 27-29, 25-20, 25-22, Hammondsport. Hammondsport's Lahra Weber had 15 aces and 11 kills. Aly Binnert recorded 18 assists and six kills. Tanessa Whitney added six aces, 16 assists, and 14 kills.
For the Senecas, Amanda Cherock had five aces, seven assists, and 14 service points. Amanda Pike added 13 digs and eight kills. Mikayla Elliott had eight digs and six service points, while Gabby LaRosa added 10 service points.
