Lakers beat Senecas, 3-0


HAMMONDSPORT-The Hammondsport varsity volleyball team topped Watkins Glen, Tuesday, Sept. 30, in three sets. The scores were 25-21, 25-23, 25-22.


For the Lakers, Aly Binnert had five aces, 15 assists, and six kills. Lahra Weber recorded 16 kills, while Trehana Hoad and Tanessa Whitney assisted with four kills each.


For Watkins Glen, Amanda Cherock had six aces, five digs, and four assists. Gabby
LaRosa added two kills and four digs. Gianna Willsey-Molene scored five digs and one block.
