Action:  The board authorized Mayor John King, Trustee Phil Smith, and Clerk Suzanne Casselberry to be the village officials who are able to make banking transactions.

• William Summers was allowed to place a structure near the old bathrooms at the Village Marina and Campgrounds.  King said he will operate a boat lift and offer camper, trailer, and boat repairs.  The business will be called Summers Marina.  Board member Jim Howell suggested the agreement initially be for one year.  Summers also asked about signage.
