Penn Yan defeats Geneva

PENN YAN–The Penn Yan girls varsity volleyball team beat Geneva in a home game 3-1, Thursday, Sept. 19. The individual game scores were: 29-27, 22-25, 25-19, 26-24. The girls will play another home game Friday against Bloomfield.

Liz Wunder had 11 kills, six blocks and three aces. Kelly Bray recorded 12 assists, while Ashley Walker had three aces and four blocks. Tyler Hall contributed four aces and five kills. Jessie Hines added four kills and Kate Schiek had one ace and four digs.
