Penn Yan presents weekend musical

PENN YAN--Members of the Penn Yan Drama Club will perform "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying" starting Thursday, March 10, and running through Sunday, March 13. Performances will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, as well as 2 p.m.Sunday afternoon in the Penn Yan Academy auditorium.
The play is directed by Jessica Kinsey and features a cast of 31 students, a crew of 15 and a 17-member orchestra that includes eight students.
"How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying" is a musical by Frank Loesser that revolves around Pierrepont Finch, who rises from a window washer to chairman of the board at the World Wide Wicket Company. The musical opened on Broadway in 1961.
Tickets are $9 for general admission and $8 for students and seniors at the door.
