WATKINS GLEN–The Watkins Glen Waterfront Festival and Cardboard Boat Regatta filled the lakefront park in the village, Saturday, June 14. 35 heats, consisting of two boats each, raced each other and the clock to try and complete the U-shaped course in the quickest time. The results are as follows:
