PHOTO GALLERY: Watkins Glen honors members, installs new chief

WATKINS GLEN--The Watkins Glen Fire Company held the annual banquet to recognize members and install new officers for the year, Saturday, April 16. Charlie Scaptura was presented the Charles Smith I Firefighter Award in addition to being named the new chief of the department. Among the individual award winners were: Errick Barber for most training hours, Nick Dalrymple for most call responses and Floyd Hull for 50 years of service.
