Players present 'Charlotte's Web'

    WATKINS GLEN—The Lake Country Players will present a musical version of the classic story “Charlotte’s Web,” Friday, Nov. 9, to Sunday, Nov. 11.

    “Charlotte’s Web” is about Wilbur the pig, whose life is saved by Charlotte, a spider who can write messages in her web. Pictured, Fern Arable (Regina George) hugs Wilbur (Kateri Condon) after rescuing the baby pig.  The Lake Country Players’ musical is directed by Cindy Scott.

    The musical will be held in the Watkins Glen High School auditorium, at 301 12th St.  The start time for Friday and Saturday is 7:30 p.m.  The Sunday matinee starts at 2:30 p.m.
