Reed plans more town halls

TYRONE-- U.S. Congressman Tom Reed (R-Corning) has announced his plans to conduct more town hall meetings within his district.
Reed will host a Tyrone town hall meeting on Saturday, April 1. Reed said, "We continue to hold town halls because I believe that having an open dialogue with my neighbors is the cornerstone of our democracy. I will always listen and work to find common ground to solve the problems we face as a country and take the input back to D.C."
In addition to the Tyrone meeting, the congressman will also have constituent gatherings in Tioga, Southport and Avoca on the same day.
The Tyrone meeting is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Tyrone Fire Department, 3600 State Route 226.
