Scots fall to Marcus Whitman


DUNDEE—Dundee's varsity baseball team lost to Marcus Whitman, 16-8, Tuesday, April 23.


Justin Neu was 3-for-4 at the plate, with four stolen bases and two runs. Bobby Stuart was 2-for-4, with a triple and a double. Ryan Sprague pitched for five innings, while Kevin Clingerman pitched the final two. Coach Les Miller said, "our defense just failed us tonight. We had a lot of errors." Otherwise, he added the Scots' pitchers had a good game.
