DUNDEE—The Dundee varsity baseball and softball teams took down Harley Allendale Columbia, in their first home games of the season, Thursday, April 8.
The baseball team's final score was 10-6.
Tommy Pratt and Garrick Conyers were 2-for-4. Pratt also have two RBIs and a double. Kyle Spinks was 2-for-3, and had three RBIs. Shea Maloy was also 2-for-3, with two RBIs and a double. Joe Tortolon scored a double in the sixth inning, resulting in three RBIs. Dustyn Thompson had the most saves for the Scots and Lynk Hoffman was the winning pitcher.
The boys are now 2-0 for the season.
The softball team won, 12-7. Six of the hits belonged to SamiClingerman and Rashana Gee, with three each. Clingerman also had three RBIs. Casi Strait had a triple in the first inning. In the Sixth inning, Megan Wojcinski had a RBI double. This was the first full varsity game for Renee Thomas as pitcher. She had two strike-outs and one walk.
The softball team is now 1-1 for the season.
