DUNDEE--The fifth annual Scottish festival will be held Saturday, Sept. 6 at Yates County Speedway, located at 82 Main St. in Dundee. There will be a parade from the Dundee school to the speedway beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday. The gates will also open at this time.
"Last year 2,500 attended," organizer Fran Willis said. "With promising weather our attendance should continue to grow each year. We are advertising further away and word has gotten out that Dundee's Festival is one not to miss."

Willis said there will be a Kid's Field with crafts and games all day long and inflatable toys to jump and climb on. Kids can visit "Nessie" The Loch Ness Monster and Climb the Craigs of Scotland. Kids will also be able to play tug-of-war with one of the professional Heavy Games contestants. The Heavy Games includes the current world record holder in stone throw, Nick Kahanic.
