In Yates County, the early voting polling site has been established for the Yates County Office Building, 417 Liberty St. The Penn Yan location will utilize the current clerk's closing room near the county clerk's office on the first floor. The site is accessible to voters with physical disabilities.
Yates County Democratic Commissioner Robert Brechko said if a voter casts a ballot during early voting, they will not be allowed to vote on election day or on any subsequent day of early voting.
