Gill went on to win the 200 IM (2:30.2), while Allington raced her way to a first place in the 50 free (27.4).

Gill also won the 100 fly with a 1:07.2. Newcomer and freshman Sara Gardner took the 100 freestyle (1:15.05), while Wixson placed first in the 100 backstroke (1:06.6). Sophomore Katherine Meehan also won the 100 breaststroke (1:20.6).

"It was a good night for the girls. The times were decent and it will give them a great base to work from in practice and in the upcoming meets," said Coach Kelsey Wood. "I think I will see a lot of improvement in them now that they are getting back into racing shape."
