Watkins will host Sahlen's race

WATKINS GLEN--Sahlen's Six Hours of The Glen weekend will return to Watkins Glen International, June 29 to July 2. The event includes nearly 24 hours of on-track action from five of America's premier sportscar racing series over four days.
Autograph sessions kick off the afternoon of June 30 with competitors from the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge USA/Canada from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m.
At 6:30 p.m., the Jack Daniels Summer Stage is transformed into an arena for the 10th Annual Sahlen's Hot Dog Eating Contest. Afterwards, Aunt Millie's Biscuits and Iron Horse will rock the stage.
Saturday, July 1, pit lane opens for fan access and pre-race festivities at 1:20 p.m., prior to the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge Continental 120, which is scheduled to go green at 2:25 p.m.
While the Continental 120 heats up on The Glen, WeatherTech SportsCar Championship drivers will be present at their team transporters in the paddock from 3 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. for a driver autograph session.
Later on Saturday evening, the skies above Watkins Glen's circuit will be lit with an Independence Day fireworks display.
While the green flag drops on the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship Sahlen's Six Hours of The Glen at 10:10 a.m., Sunday's pre-race festivities will begin at 8:30 a.m. A fan walk on pit lane begins at 9 a.m.
