Watkins wins in three games

WATKINS GLEN–The Watkins Glen girls varsity volleyball team faced Newfield in a home game Wednesday, Sept. 11. Watkins was able to capture the win in three games. The scores were 25-23, 25-16, and 25-23. In the final game, Watkins Glen and Newfield were tied at 18, 21, 22 and 23 before the Senecas were able to get the win, reaching 25, while Newfield stayed at 23.
The girls play their next game away at Spencer-Van Etten, Friday.
