DRYDEN—Odessa-Montour's boys varsity basketball team fell to Moravia, Friday, Feb. 15, in the Interscholastic Athletic Conference Small School championship. The final score was 55-51.
To qualify for the championship, Odessa had to win the Small School South title while Moravia was the north winner. Odessa-Montour led at halftime, 30-25. However, by the end of the third quarter Moravia achieved a 45-40 lead and eventually won the game. The Indians play next in a Section IV Class C home game against Spencer-Van Etten, Wednesday, Feb. 20. Odessa is seeded number eight, while Spencer is number nine.
