Penn Yan teams will play for championships

ROCHESTER--The Penn Yan boys and girls varsity lacrosse teams will play for Section V championships, Wednesday, May 27.
The boys defeated Wayne, Saturday, May 23 to advance. They will play Aquinas, Wednesday, May 27 at St. John Fisher College. Game time is 3:30 p.m. The Mustangs are the number one seed, while Aquinas is third.
The girls advanced to the Class C Section V finals by defeating Waterloo, Thursday, May 21. They now face Honeoye Falls-Lima at Eastridge, Wednesday, May 27, at 6 p.m. Penn Yan is the number one seed and HF-L is second.
