Watkins boys beat Tioga, 73-37

WATKINS GLEN-The Watkins Glen boys varsity basketball team topped Tioga, 73-37, Friday, Jan. 2.
Colin Gates scored 22 points, followed by Justin Kelly with 12 and Joe Palumbo with 11. Justin Duane added eight points. Luke Flahive had four points and five rebounds, while Matt Estes had four points. Michael Taylor and Jacob Carocci both scored three times.
Keith Rekczis added six rebounds and five steals.
Watkins Glen will play for the tournament title, Sunday, Jan. 4 against Trumansburg at 5:30 p.m.
