Penn Yan boys fall in semifinals

ROCHESTER-The Mustangs' boys varsity lacrosse team fell to Cazenovia in the New York State Public High School Athletic Association semifinal game for Class C, Wednesday, June 3. The final score was 9-5. The scoring by quarter was 2-1, 6-3, 7-4 and 9-5, with Cazenovia leading.
Sean Emerson led Penn Yan with two points and an assist. Tate Stewart, Craig Gerhardt, and Gage Ponsetti all scored once.
Austin Fingar contributed two assists.
Penn Yan ends with a 15-5 record.
