Penn Yan loses in championship game

ROCHESTER-The Penn Yan girls varsity lacrosse team lost to Palmyra-Macedon in the Section V Class D championship game, Tuesday, May 30.
Pal-Mac jumped to an early lead in the game and expanded it to 13-2 by halftime. Both teams scored three times in the second half to bring the final score to 16-5.
Fourth seeded Penn Yan ends with a 12-7 season record. Pal-Mac was the second seed.
