NEW YORK STATE--The New York State Brewers Association (NYSBA) is excited to announce the third annual New York State Pint Days, taking place over Thanksgiving Weekend, Nov. 21 to 27. New York State Pint Days is a statewide fundraising event in which craft beer enthusiasts visit breweries to collect the annually released commemorative NYS Pint Days glassware.
One dollar per glass directly supports the association's mission to unify, protect and propel the state's more than 500 independent craft breweries through advocacy, education, and promotion.
Each year features a unique design that celebrates craft beer. For the first time ever the NYSBA invited artists from across the state to submit a design for the 2022 glass.
The winning design was created by artist Sara Kelly of Argyle Brewing Company.
The limited edition 2022 New York State Pint Days glassware will be available at over 80 participating breweries while supply lasts. Enthusiasts can find an interactive map and list of participating breweries on the Think NY, Drink NY website at www.thinkNYdrinkNY.com/NYS-Pint-Days.
Participants in the Finger Lakes region include:
Aurora Brewing Co., Big aLICe FLX, Birdhouse Brewing Co., Brewery Ardennes, Cafty's Ales & Lagers, Climbing Bines Craft Ale Co., Dublin Corners Farm Brewery, Garrett's Brewing Company, Genesee Brewery, Lake Drum Brewing, Lucky Hare Brewing Company, Naked Dove, Nine Spot Brewing, Noble Shepherd, No BS Brew Company, Railhead Brewing Company LLC, Reinvention Brewing, Rising Storm Brewing Co., Rohrbach Brewing Co., Scale House Brewery, Seneca Lake Brewing Company, War Horse Brewing and WeBe Brewing.
"This year's Pint Days will once again take place over Thanksgiving week which also includes Small Business Saturday and Small Brewery Sunday," said Paul Leone, executive director of the New York State Brewers Association. "This is a great week to support your local brewery and have your favorite New York state craft beer poured in a collector glass that you can take home with you."
Each year moving forward will feature a different design, once they're gone, they will not be reproduced. Over 20,000 glasses have been sold over the course of the first two Pint Days.
