Driver pleads guilty from Milo crash

YATES COUNTY--According to Yates County District Attorney Valerie Gardner, Sabrina Livermore entered a plea of guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide and driving while intoxicated in Yates County court Tuesday, Jan. 5. The plea relates to the case of an alcohol related crash which occurred July 17, 2014 on Route 14 in the town of Milo. The accident resulted in the death of Roxan Meier of Dundee and serious physical injuries to five other individuals in the involved vehicles.
Sentencing has been scheduled for March 1 in Yates County Court. Yates County Judge W. Patrick Falvey has committed to a sentence with an outside limit of three to nine years in state prison on the class B felony of aggravated vehicular homicide, as well as one year to be served concurrently on the driving while intoxicated charge.
