Dundee will host holiday parade

DUNDEE--In a year filled with cancellations due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, Santa has announced he will again visit the village of Dundee for the third annual The Magic of the Season holiday parade. The event will take place Saturday, Dec. 12 at 5 p.m. beginning at the school and traveling through the community. All public health protocols will be followed including social distance and masks as required.
Our Town Rocks is currently looking for parade participants to design and create holiday or winter-themed floats and entries. Using anything from little red wagons adorned with tinsel to decorative trailers depicting your favorite holiday scene, the parade is open to everyone. This includes on wheels, by foot, skiing on snow, or guiding your four-legged friends.
The parade registration form, a copy of the parade policies and guidelines and additional information are available at the OTR office in Dundee. You can also email. Taylor Howell at tayorhowell56@yahoo.com or Caryl Sutterby at csutterby@gmail.com.
