Police identify body in Watkins park WATKINS GLEN—The body found in Watkins Glen State Park, Saturday, April 10, has been identified as David Arnold, 54, Pulaski. Dan Keefe, Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation representative, said the park police have ruled Arnold’s death as a suicide. Arnold went missing in the park, Dec. 3. Searches at the time did not find anything. Three children found the body at the park around 11 a.m., Saturday, April 10. Keefe said the body was sent to Monroe County Medical Examiners for identification.
