Starkey town board 03/04/10 Meeting: Starkey town board met for approximately one hour on March 4. Attendance: Councilmen Jim Ritter and Bill Holgate were absent. One member of the public in the audience. Action: Voted to authorize Supervisor Richard Burcaw and highway superintendent Louis Seeley to sign an intermunicipal agreement with the Town of Reading under the Mutual Sharing Plan. Discussion without action: Burcaw discussed the draft of a model road preservation local law that the county has requested towns to review. • The board discussed compliance with a new requirement regarding reflectivity of road signs. • Code enforcement officer Brian Quackenbush presented the last revision of town zoning regulations for the board to review., Bids/Purchases over $1,000: None Appointments/Resignations: None Upcoming meetings: The next regular meeting will be April 8 at 7 p.m. in the town hall on Seneca Street in Dundee.		$element(adman,groupads,YatesRight1)$
