Delivery notice

All federal agencies were closed Wednesday, Dec. 5, including the U.S. Postal Service, to honor the passing of President George H.W. Bush. The Observer and the REVIEW&EXPRESS were available on newsstands Wednesday and were mailed early Thursday morning. Mail subscribers can expect a day or two delay in newspaper delivery for the Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018 paper.
