PENN YAN--Patricia Christensen will be the next mayor of Penn Yan after the election, Wednesday, March 18.
The vote totals in the mayoral race included: Christensen - 179, Dan Condella - 176, Leigh MacKerchar - 153 and Daniel Irwin - 37.
For the three trustee positions with four candidates running, Ronald Dailey had 345 votes, Teresa Hoban 316, Robert Craig 291 and Bill Wigsten 277.
