O-M students present 'The Addams Family'

ODESSA--The Odessa-Montour junior/senior high school and the fine arts boosters are presenting the musical "The Addams Family: School Edition" this week. The show presents another hilarious tale from America's favorite eccentric family. Wednesday Addams is all grown up, and she's fallen for a boy. Not just any boy - a "normal" boy! When Gomez promises to keep Wednesday's engagement a secret from her mother, Morticia knows he's up to something, and Fester, with the help of the Addams' Ancestors, plots to ensure that love will triumph.
The cast includes Cassie Allen (Alice), Lucas Barr (Mal), Sarah Barr (Morticia), Tori Brewster (Pugsley), Riley Brooks (Grandma), Alex Campbell (Fester), Ben Campbell (Gomez), Dominick Elliott (Lucas), Jon Spencer (Lurch) and Sarah Strobel (Wednesday). Ancestors include Kyleigh Bates, Abrianna Carrigan, Ana Crippen, Khloe Dean, Peter Dechow, Paisley Jeziorski, Ella Kramer, Addison Learn, Sidney Pike, Olivia Rivera, Lauren Signor, Madison Stone, and Haylee Young. Additional students, alumni, and staff will help behind the scenes with lights, sound, sets, costumes, direction, and promotions.
The production will go up on Friday, March 10 at 7 p.m., with additional performances on Saturday, March 11 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, March 12 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $10 for general admission and $5 for students and seniors.
