WATKINS GLEN--The Watkins Glen Grand Prix Festival celebrated its 28th anniversary, Friday, Sept. 10. After a full day of events for drivers and spectators alike, the SVRA vintage race cars came to Franklin Street to pay tribute to the street racing days in Watkins Glen. Legendary driver Brian Redman served as the Grand Marshall for the event.
